Understanding EXP board addressing
This command is used with FAST Expansion and FAST breakout boards via a FAST Serial Protocol (FSP) connection to the EXP Bus. Please read the EXP Overview to understand the operation of these commands and addresses.
The IS: command is used to return the individual serial number of a board on the expansion bus. This can be an expansion board (with a 2-character address) or a breakout board (with a 3-character address).
