How the FAST Modern Platform handles LEDs & Lighting

This page still needs to be written. Here are the main points though:

• Pinball lighting is all LED now--inserts, flashers, GI ... everything! Most likely you'll use individual RGB LEDs for everything.
• The FAST Pinball Modern Platform supports serial RGB LEDs in a WS2812 format and APA-102 format.
• LEDs connect to FAST expansion boards and FAST breakout boards.
